“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well”
My love for Mediterranean began years ago. As a student, I met my husband to be, who just happened to come from Provence. In the years that followed I traveled heavily throughout the region and fell under the spell of it’s the diverse flavours.
L’Art de Table, is an on ode to slow living the Mediterranean way, with my over a 100 of my favourite recipes and stories I picked up travelling the region.
I wanted to write a book you’d like to cuddle up on the couch with. A cookbook that would both inspire to get cooking and spark a wanderlust bug for the places I’ve come to call my home.
L’Art de la Table in 2016 has won the second place in World Gourmand Cookbook Awards for Mediterranean cuisine and has been named the Best Mediterranean Cuisine Book in The Netherlands in the same competition.
L’art de la Table was published June 2015 by Aerial Media Company in English and Dutch.
